What are the lessons for other women who want to chart a path for themselves? How to remain confident when the bar for success seems to be set much higher for women?
Most popular news influencers mentioned in research such as the 2024 Reuters Digital News Report are men, which might have something to do with the harassment women still face on the internet or the fact that traditional media is still very male-oriented.
In this panel, we want to highlight a different side of the story and show how much women are already bringing to the table. We also want to give pointers to other women who are thinking about starting a media business in 2025.
