Flutura Kusari is the legal advisor at the European Centre for Press and Media Freedom (ECPMF), a member of the European Commission’s expert group on SLAPPs, and is responsible for helping to distribute ECPMF’s SLAPP fund to affected journalists. Previously, she worked for various civil society organisations, including the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network. She holds a Ph.D. in Media Law from Ghent University, Belgium.
