Simon Trigg is the Head of Commercial at Shorthand, leading the conversations and aiming to understand the journalistic needs of Shorthand’s numerous publishing customers, globally. Shorthand enables anyone to create and publish engaging, responsive, multimedia online stories on any device, with no developer or technical skills. It is used by some the world’s largest online publishers and its feature set is laser-targeted at producing immersive, narrative stories. Simon has been with Shorthand since its early days and has seen the company shaped and crafted by the long-form, storytelling requirements of its customers. Before Shorthand, he started his career in telecommunications and has been involved in both the global-multinational and the start-up facets of the software and online worlds.
