Angela Pacienza is the Executive Editor at The Globe and Mail in Toronto. The role includes guiding the newsroom and helping set priorities, as well as oversight of the programming, audience, editing, audio and visual departments. Last year she steered the launch of The Globe’s daily news podcast, The Decibel. She is passionate about newsroom culture and how to create teams that produce first-rate journalism. Angela sits on the board of directors of the Online News Association, the world’s largest digital journalism association. She is a mentor with Digital Women Leaders.
