Maike Jungjohann is the Head of Business Transformation and member of the board of RTLNEWS, Germany – the news arm of RTL Germany with almost 1,500 journalists. She is responsible for several change and restructuring projects at RTLNEWS, including rebuilding the post-pandemic newsroom to create new ways of working and cooperating. Maike has been with RTL for more than 20 years, working as a reporter and editor for different news bulletins, the senior editor on the foreign desk and the head of online video planning team. Before RTL she worked for publishing house Gruner + Jahr and in marketing for Mars Inc.
