K Biswas is a critic whose essays have been published in the New York Times, the New Statesman, The Nation, Le Monde Diplomatique and the Times Literary Supplement. He is Director of Resonance FM, Europe's most listened to community radio station; and Chair of On Road Media, which trains and supports people from marginalised backgrounds: those who have experienced homelessness and poverty, sexual and domestic violence, the asylum and criminal justice systems. He is the Editor of Representology: The Journal of Media & Diversity; and founder of The Race Beat, a network led by and for journalists of colour working in Britain.
